As director of business development for Tecnova, Jim works to advance the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. He is responsible for new client business, marketing strategies, promotion planning, and executing plans to improve key business metrics.
With over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry—in progressing roles in consumer and automotive electronics and electronic product design—Jim offers an extensive range of product knowledge to our customers. Jim also develops partnerships and alliances with vendors to facilitate and constantly improve the electronic design services provided to Tecnova clients.

As the Strategic Accounts Manager for Tecnova Electronics, Andy works closely with both current and prospective customers to gain an understanding of what drives their success, and maintains a sharp focus on providing them with an optimal solution to their electronic outsourcing needs.
With more than 25 years of collaborative and consultative sales experience, 15 of which in the highly competitive electronics manufacturing sector, Andy has an established record of building solid, long-lasting business relationships, and is committed to providing his customers with the level of service, and attention to detail, demanded by any successful strategic alliance.
Andy is an alumnus of both Northern Illinois University and the University of Illinois.

He thrives in Tecnova's fast-paced work environment, where meeting deadlines is critical to the success of clients’ projects.
Frank has more than 25 years of sales experience working in electronics manufacturing and meeting the needs of customers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. He is skilled and experienced in operations, customer service, account management, inside, outside, and B2B sales.
Frank is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
