Automated Test – Process

Tecnova follows a straightforward engineering and design process to solve problems. This process has proved very successful in over years of creating robust, scalable, and easily maintainable test, measurement, and control systems.

The summary shown below is a subset of the Tecnova Automated Test Development Process. The full document is available for review upon request.

Automated Test - Process

This design model offers several advantages:

  • Adjoining development phases can overlap, allowing concurrent design and multi-developer projects.
  • Less time is expended in project management tasks – the development team can devote more time to developing solutions.
  • Project benchmarks at each stage allow progress to be monitored, helping to ensure the project stays on schedule.
  • Natural milestones exist where customer status can be provided.
  • High quality of design is maintained throughout the design process.

Tecnova recognizes that every project is unique and does not attempt to make all projects fit this process.  We work with our clients to develop a project scope, budget and integration plan that leads to successful completion.
