Tecnova is a highly qualified National Instruments Certified Alliance Partner with a growing Automated Test Solutions department.

We are looking for two (2) self-motivated LabVIEW programmers / Developers who can contribute to the development of automated test, data acquisition, and control systems using National Instruments LabVIEW.

These positions are located at either our Waukegan, IL headquarters or our Loves Park, IL field office.  Relocation expenses are negotiable.

Direct customer contact and moderate travel within Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana is expected.

• Contribute to multiple projects.
• Innovate and help advance test methodologies using National Instruments LabVIEW.
• Design, develop, implement, and document state-of-the-art test, measurement, data acquisition, and control systems.
• Interact professionally with clients and build strong client relationships.

• Contributing to system design and specifications.
• Executing test plans.
• Programming and documenting LabVIEW applications.
• Preparing end user documentation and help file content.
  
  

• 2+ years of LabVIEW experience.
• Knowledge and comfort level with scientific and technical terminology.
• Automated test, measurement, data acquisition, and/or control experience.
• Must be able to meet objectives as directed.
• Ability to effectively work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements, rapidly absorb new concepts, and apply them effectively.
• Ability to contribute and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
  

Preference will be given to applicants with the following skills:

• Certified Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer or Certified LabVIEW Developer credentials … or the ability to attain CLAD certification within six (3) months and CLD certification within six (6) months of employment.
