Description

We are looking for a self-motivated PCB Assembler/Selective Solder Operator to operate the Selective Solder machine and perform through hole and surface mount PCB assembly at Tecnova Electronics, Inc.

Location

• Waukegan, IL - Tecnova Manufacturing Headquarters

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Requires 2+ years selective solder experience
• Requires intermediate computer skills
• Certification in soldering, preferred
• Experience in surface mount technology, preferred
• Knowledge of electronic components identification
• Excellent organizational skills, problem solving techniques, and accuracy are essential

Candidates must have the ability to:

• Work and communicate well in a team or group environment
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize duties
• Read and understand assembly drawings
• Comprehend and perform duties in accordance with an ISO9001 Quality System
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Distinguish colors, fine circuit detail, and tones
