December 22, 2010 – Tecnova Renews Alliance Partnership with National Instruments

For the 13th consecutive year, Tecnova has renewed Certified Alliance Partner credentials with National Instruments.  Tecnova is qualified as having the high level of skills and knowledge necessary to consistently deliver test, measurement, and control solutions based on NI platforms.

This renewal also extends our ability to deliver customer value through the NI Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Program.  The VAR Partnership allows customers to purchase NI hardware and software platforms and tools through Tecnova for the same price, terms, and condition as if purchasing through NI.  Our customers appreciate the ability to submit a single purchase order when software licenses, measurement hardware, and engineering services are needed to meet project goals.

Further leveraging our electrical, mechanical, and software engineering capabilities combined with contract manufacturing through our sister company, Logical Products, Incorporated, Tecnova is also pleased to renew our NI Qualified Design Partner membership.  Tecnova is one of six qualified National Instruments Partners worldwide with the ability to provide design capabilities beyond the NI platform.  If your design needs go beyond what is possible with existing off-the-shelf product, Tecnova is ready to help.

November 29, 2010  - Two Tecnova LabVIEW Developers Attend NI VeriStand Training

National Instruments VeriStand is a software environment platform that eases the configuration of real-time testing applications.  With VeriStand, you can import control algorithms, simulation models, and a variety of other tasks created in the NI LabVIEW and other software environments.  Although no programming knowledge is required to use VeriStand, out-of-the-box customization is usually needed so the product performs to unique project requirements.

Tecnova thanks National Instruments for extending an invitation-only opportunity to become among the first 10 companies worldwide to receive training on this newly released software platform.  Two Tecnova engineers attended the week long class held at the NI Corporate Headquarters in Austin, Texas.

VeriStand platform knowledge further extends the Tecnova offering to our customers who require the determinism of a real‑time OS or the simulation capabilities often found in such systems as hardware‑in‑the‑loop simulators.
