    Description

    Tecnova Electronics Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our electronics manufacturing team.  As a vital member of the team, the Maintenance Technician interfaces with all departments in performing maintenance and repair on manufacturing equipment and the facility. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of electric, mechanical, and plumbing installation and maintenance, in addition to being highly organized, analytical, self-motivated, and an effective communicator.

    Responsibilities

    • Set-up, perform, and maintain equipment preventive maintenance program
    • Perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment failures
    • Perform building maintenance - mechanical, electrical and plumbing

    Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of equipment and building maintenance experience
    • Knowledge of electric, mechanical, and plumbing installation and maintenance
    • Excellent organizational skills, reliability and accuracy are essential
    • Requires troubleshooting ability with a logical systematic approach
    • Requires a sense of urgency to keep equipment down time and lost production to a minimum
    • Requires forklift experience
    • Must be able to distinguish colors and tones
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
